1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SZCHIPS International Ltd. ("SZCHIPS", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SZCHIPS provides electronic component sourcing, distribution, and related services including:

• Hard-to-find and obsolete component sourcing
• BOM (Bill of Materials) fulfillment
• Quality inspection and testing
• Excess inventory buyback
• Global logistics and shipping

3. Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are valid for the time period specified in the quote (typically 24-72 hours). Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability. Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice.

4. Warranty

SZCHIPS provides a 1-year warranty on all components sold. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect parts shipped
• Counterfeit components (verified by third-party testing)

Warranty does not cover damage from improper handling, storage, or use outside manufacturer specifications.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused components in original packaging. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any goods. Restocking fees may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

SZCHIPS liability is limited to the value of the components purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including production delays, lost profits, or business interruption.
