Every incoming shipment goes through our IDEA-STD-1010-B inspection process: visual check, microscope examination, acetone test, and documentation review. Parts that don't pass get sent to White Horse Labs or GETS for XRF analysis, decapsulation, or electrical testing. You get the test reports with your shipment.

Every shipment goes through our IDEA-STD-1010-B inspection process. We check date codes, markings, package condition, and documentation. Parts that raise flags get sent to third-party labs (White Horse Labs or GETS) for XRF testing, decapsulation, or electrical verification. We reject about 3% of incoming stock based on these inspections.

What is your typical lead time for electronic components?

For stock items, we ship same-day or next-day from Shenzhen. Air express delivery takes 2-3 business days to most destinations. For sourcing requests, we usually have availability confirmed within 24-48 hours. Emergency orders can often be expedited.

Do you offer samples before committing to larger orders?

Yes. For new customers or critical applications, we ship small quantities first so you can verify the parts meet your specifications. This reduces risk and builds trust for future orders.

What is covered under your 1-year warranty?

Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, incorrect parts shipped, and counterfeit issues. If a component fails due to quality issues within 12 months of delivery, we replace it at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from improper handling or use outside specifications.
